BI Analyst – Metrics, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee Customer Relationship outcomes throughout the entire lifecycle of metrics.

• Establish business rules, calculation methodologies, and measurement standards for metrics.

• Develop and uphold dashboards for results and budget attainment.

• Generate management reports to track performance effectively.

• Analyze discrepancies, determine root causes, facilitate problem resolution, and identify areas for improvement.

• Set targets and communicate them across various areas, leadership, and management levels.

• Design metric cards.

• Consolidate dashboards and analyses from local teams, ensuring data consistency and a unified narrative of results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Genuine interest in AI and generative LLMs in relation to analytical tasks.

• Expertise in SQL and structured logical reasoning.

• Capability to critically assess and validate acquired data.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data interpretation.

• Clarity in breaking down metrics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Independence in managing priorities in a setting with multiple concurrent demands.

• Previous experience in Results Management or Strategic Planning is a plus.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous.

• Experience in defining and cascading targets for teams and leadership is a benefit.

• Standard 8-hour workday with an additional 1-hour break; 5x2 schedule (Monday to Friday).
