BI Analyst – Game Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform datasets into actionable recommendations that include clear visual representations and succinct talking points.

• Define and fulfill ad-hoc data inquiries related to game mechanics, product insights, or user performance.

• Create, document, and sustain user-friendly and informative dashboards along with reusable analyses.

• Collaborate with Game Operations and Product teams to identify and resolve data, performance, and procedural gaps.

• Augment datasets to enhance usability and facilitate detailed analysis and reporting.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on data, pricing strategies, user behavior, and game operations or mechanics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in statistics, finance, mathematics, or business analysis.

• Proficient technical skills in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and Excel formulas.

• Advanced experience in roles such as analyst, gaming, consulting, finance, or data science.

• Extensive background or knowledge in sports, gaming, daily fantasy sports (DFS), pricing, trading, or finance.

• A well-organized, dependable, inquisitive, professional, communicative, and growth-oriented team player.

• Proven capability in data-driven critical thinking, problem-solving, and providing recommendations.

• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Preferred: candidates residing in Atlanta.
