📋 Description

• Recruit and mentor new agents to BenefitMall by showcasing the distinctive experience offered by BenefitMall through strong, trusted relationships supported by top-tier technology solutions.

• Collaborate with agents and brokers to formulate revenue growth strategies aimed at boosting sales activity, increasing product offerings per customer, and enhancing understanding of BenefitMall’s specialized services.

• Operate effectively within a team sales environment, coordinating all sales and retention efforts as necessary to ensure the quickest, simplest, and most reliable benefits selling experience.

• Lead the POD to support agents and brokers’ businesses while motivating them to expand their clients’ operations by providing education and training on carrier administrative protocols, product availability, and the benefits each brings to the customer.

• Host strategy calls with POD to address key issues, discuss quote volumes, and manage renewal activities and schedules as required.

• Utilize internal systems (Salesforce, Zoom, etc.) for monitoring activity and metrics.

• Effectively market to agents and brokers, encouraging them to entrust their clients’ business with us by coordinating essential in-field sales and retention activities to close sales, renew cases, and introduce products to existing customers.

• Deliver timely sales expertise to optimize outcomes.

• Develop strategies with targeted agencies to promote technology adoption, ensuring the removal of manual processes and compliance with safe, secure electronic data transfers.

• Collaborate with partner carrier resources as necessary to enhance results.

• Comply with BenefitMall’s confidentiality standards regarding information.

• Be prepared for occasional long and irregular hours during peak periods.

• Physical demands include sitting, frequent speaking and hearing, and occasional standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Address conflicts, resolve issues, and provide feedback to management.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (mandatory).

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related insurance or employee benefits medical sales role (mandatory).

• Associate’s Degree (preferred).

• Comprehensive knowledge of group insurance products, ideally gained through experience in insurance marketing or sales roles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange; familiar with web browsers, notably Google Chrome.

• An active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
