This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver exceptional support to Employees and Clients regarding Benefits across various areas.
• Understand key attributes of benefits plans, including pricing, coverage, and claims.
• Manage enrollment and unenrollment for benefits plans.
• Handle benefits invoicing and billing processes.
• Navigate the Benefits Remote platform efficiently.
• Collaborate with benefits vendors’ platforms.
• Process and resolve tickets and escalations via Zendesk/email.
• Execute data-related tasks (preparation, entry, download, etc.) with care and precision.
• Assist in defining, detailing, and executing Standard Operating Procedures.
• Work closely and effectively within the Benefits team and across other Remote departments to analyze customer needs and provide outstanding solutions and experiences.
• Offer analytical, administrative, and technical support in maintaining benefits programs to ensure smooth administration of plans and policies.
• Maintain operational process documents and identify opportunities for automation to streamline processes.
• Continuously research and systematically compile written knowledge in Notion.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach from “scout to scale” to initiate and complete tasks effectively.
• Act as an internal and external advocate for Remote's values and the goals of the Benefits team.
• Proven experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits, preferably in the context of providing US PEO services.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask across various technology tools.
• Self-sufficient, possessing the ability to manage one’s own responsibilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Remote work experience is not mandatory but considered an advantage.
