• Oversee the design, policy formulation, vendor selection, and execution of competitive benefits programs aimed at facilitating regional growth.
• Assess existing benefits policies and programs, providing recommendations to ensure they remain competitive, align with CrowdStrike's benefits philosophy, comply with local regulations, and are scalable.
• Keep abreast of legislative and market trends and practices, suggesting modifications as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with employees and leaders to ensure that benefit programs are well understood and valued appropriately.
• Manage relationships and contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and plan vendors.
• Administer and manage LATAM benefits programs, including health, risk, retirement, time-off, and perks/allowance programs.
• Lead the annual benefits renewal process while educating employees on program changes and utilization.
• Collaborate with the local HR Business Partner on new group benefit plans or adjustments as needed to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with internal partners to enhance the benefits program and time-off tracking within Workday.
• Engage in the annual budgeting process and monitor provider and program costs in collaboration with the Finance team.
• Review and authorize benefits invoices to guarantee timely payments.
• Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities by utilizing Workday and other HR technologies to optimize benefits administration, communication, and reporting.
• Develop reporting dashboards to monitor regional benefits costs and utilization, providing actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
• Assist with M&A HR activities for any necessary due diligence and/or integration tasks.
• Support special projects as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in managing international benefits administration, with a focus on LATAM.
• In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations across Latin American countries.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering employee education programs.
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions in the context of benefits.
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Workday is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.
