This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Promote and generate sales of insurance products through established agents and brokers.
• Collaborate with POD members to renew business, emphasizing retention and upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate retention and new sales activities with the PEO Specialist.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the PEO industry markets, products, and legal considerations.
• Service agent and broker renewals while encouraging growth in client business.
• Provide information regarding PEO administrative procedures, product availability, and customer value.
• Suggest strategies for renewing and placing new business.
• Make outbound renewal calls and follow up on renewal proposals.
• Conduct follow-up calls to sustain accounts and market services.
• Engage the Benefits Sales Executive in closing new cases and expanding product lines.
• Support agents and brokers with client presentations by participating in calls.
• Organize and dispatch Requests for Proposals to PEO partners.
• Follow up with brokers to gather missing RFP information.
• Prepare finalist presentations for brokers and clients.
• Arrange technology demonstrations for brokers and clients.
• Utilize Salesforce, Zoom, and other internal systems for tracking activities and metrics.
• Coordinate with partner PEO resources and manage renewal data efficiently.
• Resolve conflicts, address problems, and provide feedback to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a related sales or telemarketing environment.
• Familiarity with insurance and PEO products, preferably gained through experience in a PEO marketing or sales program.
• Strong understanding of PEO plan features, benefits, and underwriting guidelines.
• Active Life & Health License must be acquired within 90 days of employment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Exchange.
• Skilled in web browsers, particularly Google Chrome.
• Fluency in the English language is required.
• Capability to work occasional long and irregular hours during peak periods.
• Ability to sit, frequently speak and hear, and occasionally stand, walk, bend, crawl, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
