This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, execute, and oversee comprehensive programs for employee benefits.
• Manage health and welfare plans, retirement initiatives, leave policies, and wellness programs.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and evaluate their effects on benefit offerings.
• Work alongside the Finance department to project and supervise benefit budgets.
• Assess cost trends and suggest modifications to plan designs.
• Create communication strategies to inform employees about available benefits.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the benefits sector.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in benefits administration.
• At least five (5) years of experience in people management.
• Extensive knowledge of compensation analysis and benefits frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to organize and lead projects to completion.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Ultimate Software, Oracle).
