This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Address client inquiries related to retirement plan payments, encompassing both periodic and non-periodic payments.
β’ Clarify payment alternatives, including lump sum distributions, death benefits, rollovers, and loan withdrawals.
β’ Reissue tax forms and confirm current record details.
β’ Dispatch change request forms to participants as needed.
β’ Conduct check reconciliations and support tax processing activities.
β’ Collaborate with various departments to guarantee accurate and timely request processing.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service while following required call-handling protocols.
β’ Manage routine responsibilities under supervision and handle special tasks with general guidance.
β’ Excellent ability to communicate effectively with clients and deliver top-notch customer service.
β’ Knowledge of retirement plan payments, lump sum distributions, death benefits, rollovers, and loan withdrawals.
β’ Understanding of banking products, payment systems, and financial transactions, including checking accounts, debit cards, ACH, and bill payments.
β’ Capacity to handle various types of inquiries simultaneously.
β’ Ability to adhere to structured processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
β’ Strong verbal communication skills along with professional telephone etiquette.
β’ Capability to work under supervision while following established guidelines.
β’ Experience in financial services or call center operations is advantageous.
