• Support union members in their requests for benefits packages.

• Communicate in a professional manner to ensure clients receive the appropriate coverage they are entitled to.

• Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing members.

• Operate independently while contributing to the team’s performance objectives.

• Adjust to new training, tools, and methodologies in a dynamic environment.

• No prior experience or degree necessary — comprehensive training will be provided.

• Excellent communication abilities and a client-oriented approach.

• Self-driven, goal-focused, and capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively.

• A coachable mindset with the capability to learn and adapt.

• Access to a Microsoft-based computer that can operate Zoom Workplace & a dependable internet connection for remote work.
