Benefits Analyst – Benefits Administration, Service Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the setup of Purchase Orders, manage extensive billing workflows for all benefit vendors across the United States and Canada, and assist in executing the Annual Open Enrollment process.

• Address escalated inquiries from employees and vendors regarding benefits, handling complex cases within the ServiceNow platform while delivering high-quality customer service.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to create, review, and test system configuration requirements, as well as design targeted benefits communications for employees.

• Ensure operational compliance for assigned benefits by tracking legislative changes, utilizing data reporting to generate operational insights, and creating clear standard operating procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive, hands-on experience in benefits administration and financial billing operations.

• In-depth knowledge of North American benefits administration processes, vendor management practices, and detailed plan documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to aggregate, manipulate, and analyze data sets, census files, and operational reports, with a strong preference for practical experience in Workday and ServiceNow.

• Strong numerical aptitude, structural problem-solving skills, and expertise in managing complex vendor purchase orders and invoice reconciliations.

• A proven track record of prioritizing competing operational initiatives, clearly articulating process workflows, and effectively managing high-stakes priorities.
