πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Provide assistance to the healthcare planning team in the design, development, implementation, administration, and ongoing management of enterprise-wide healthcare plans, with a specific focus on retiree medical plans.

β€’ Assess the utilization and impact of wellness initiatives on plans and report related cost savings.

β€’ Manage the daily execution of assigned health & welfare initiatives and make recommendations within established guidelines.

β€’ Support ongoing benefits operations by reviewing, validating, and coordinating necessary administrative tasks with internal partners and vendors.

β€’ Act as the primary analyst support for designated benefits carriers.

β€’ Elevate complex issues and financial risks to the Manager of Benefits when appropriate.

β€’ Aid in the administration of the annual open enrollment for health & welfare plans and any special projects.

β€’ Gather data and perform statistical analysis and interpretation to deliver solutions and recommendations on healthcare practices and projects relevant to Benefits.

β€’ Recognize opportunities for operational improvements and share recommendations with the Manager.

β€’ Ensure adherence to ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, Medicare, and state regulations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Three to five years of experience in benefits, including retiree benefit administration and data analytics.

β€’ Must exhibit a strong ability to read, comprehend, and interpret complex medical and prescription drug coverage along with relevant regulations.

β€’ Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with individuals of varying educational backgrounds and experience levels.

β€’ Must be able to collaborate in a team setting to enhance the health of the Pitney Bowes workforce and their covered family members.

β€’ Must have the capability to effectively influence both internal and external team members and suppliers.

β€’ Must possess exceptional management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft software applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Human Resources Information Systems is required.

β€’ Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree in a related field is also preferred.

β€’ Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones.
