This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take charge of positioning and selling health insurance solutions across our Platform and Embed channels, aiming at partner corporate client bases throughout the EEA, UK, and selected international markets.
• Spearhead sales-driven campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing customer adoption, enhancing policy uptake, and achieving ambitious sales goals.
• Serve as the health insurance authority in discussions with prospects and clients, ensuring that sales and benefits integrate smoothly to establish Kota as the premier choice for businesses to launch and manage their employee benefits.
• Collaborate with the Expansion team to research, assess, and onboard preferred health insurance providers in new and emerging markets.
• Tailor and enhance health insurance solutions to align with local market needs, regulatory standards, and cultural expectations, guaranteeing that every product offering remains competitive and commercially effective.
• Develop and execute revenue-generating strategies for both new and existing markets, collaborating closely with leadership to ensure alignment on growth objectives.
• Act as the primary health insurance liaison for embed partners and their end-customers, managing expectations and timelines across complex multi-party relationships.
• Coordinate with insurer and intermediary partners on pricing submissions, scheme design, and commission arrangements.
• Work alongside Customer Success, Benefits Consultants, Embed, Expansions, and Compliance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Provide regulated health insurance information to clients, utilizing your APA in Health Insurance or General Insurance qualifications.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with Central Bank of Ireland regulations and Kota's internal compliance standards.
• Assist in governance reviews and insurer audits related to health insurance sales activities.
• APA (Accredited Product Adviser) in General Insurance or Insurance Product Advice.
• Over 5 years of experience in health insurance sales, employee benefits consulting, or a related commercial role, preferably within a broker, insurer, or insurtech environment.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in insurance or benefits.
• Strong understanding of the health insurance landscape across Ireland, the UK, or broader EEA markets.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder sales processes, including insurer negotiations, pricing analysis, and client-facing proposal delivery.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external partners.
