This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
β’ Overseeing and coordinating a significant volume of service requests (via phone, email, portal, and chat) from employees (and their immediate family members) of our clients.
β’ Educating and aiding callers in understanding, navigating, and maximizing their healthcare and wellness benefits.
β’ Helping employees comprehend their benefit plan offerings.
β’ Providing guidance in resolving a range of benefit-related issues.
β’ High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
β’ At least one year of experience in insurance and/or benefits customer service is essential.
β’ Capability to effectively organize and prioritize work tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Must consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and adhere to directions.
β’ Excellent customer service skills, including proper grammar, tonalities, and clear dictation.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and email applications.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to individuals from diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
β’ Must be available to work a flexible 37.5-hour work week in a 24/7/365 call center environment β including some third shift, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
β’ Ability to sit and use the phone for extended periods.
