This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Travel to various hotel brands within our portfolio to fill open management roles.
• Educate hotel personnel on financial control protocols.
• Evaluate financial and operational data to modify business strategies.
• Support team leaders in achieving AOS objectives.
• Create and execute marketing and sales strategies.
• Engage in active selling through calls and property tours.
• Oversee human resources activities, including recruitment and training.
• Ensure compliance with financial control procedures among hotel staff.
• Regularly inspect hotel facilities and manage human resources tasks.
• Willingness to travel and take on open General Manager roles at various hotel brands.
• Ability to meet or surpass budgeted profits and margins for hotels.
• Proficient in accurately forecasting revenue/cost issues and managing discretionary spending to optimize cash flow.
• Continuously analyze financial and operational data to adjust business strategies, staffing needs, and operating expenses.
• Ensure that hotel staff are trained in financial control practices for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables, and that these practices are consistently implemented.
• Identify significant revenue and expense opportunities and potential challenges.
• Assist team leaders in achieving and exceeding AOS targets.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies based on demand segments to maximize REVPAR and market share.
• Actively participate in sales through calls, property tours, and more.
• Conduct periodic inspections of rooms, building exteriors, parking facilities, etc.
• Manage human resources functions such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance appraisals, training, and disciplinary measures.
• Knowledge of primary competition within each market segment.
• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and a drive for success.
• Must effectively address workplace challenges, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving issues as needed.
• Capable of performing well under pressure.
• Approachable and readily available for all guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the work schedule.
• Prior experience in leading Food & Beverage operations.
