Belonging & Engagement Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee all elements of designated Belonging & Engagement projects, manage workflow, and monitor progress.

• Assist in company-wide peer coaching, mentorship, sponsorship, and fellowship initiatives.

• Organize and handle multiple projects concurrently, distributing tasks and engaging team support.

• Facilitate employee resource group leadership discussions, guide forums, and communicate insights to B&E team leaders.

• Act as the primary contact for B&E vendor evaluation calls and offer alignment suggestions.

• Conduct initial Belonging & Engagement discussions with clients and aid in the intake process.

• Enhance presentations and thought leadership by summarizing documents and proofreading reports.

• Create materials for both client and internal meetings, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to.

• Address intricate B&E inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face, escalating as necessary.

• Independently handle routine correspondence with little supervision.

• Draft project proposals for review prior to launches.

• Track B&E data reports while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of one (1) year of relevant project management experience.

• At least one (1) year of experience in Belonging and Engagement.

• Familiarity and general knowledge of the insurance industry.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective time management skills.

• Capacity to collaborate within a team and promote teamwork.

• Skill in prioritizing tasks across multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.

• Self-driven with the ability and motivation to work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with Asana or other project management platforms is a plus.
