This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• The Behavioral Technician (BT) Recruiter is tasked with sourcing, screening, and scheduling qualified candidates for Behavioral Technician positions to support Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services.
• This position focuses on high-volume recruiting and pipeline management to maintain consistent staffing levels in all service areas.
• Proactively source Behavioral Technician and on-call Behavioral Technician candidates via job boards, social media platforms, community networks, and referral pipelines.
• Post and keep BT job listings updated across all active recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate eligibility, availability, and interest.
• Assess candidates against minimum qualifications, including RBT certification status, availability, and geographical coverage.
• Ensure a steady candidate flow to meet or surpass the weekly hiring targets.
• Schedule all qualified candidates promptly for new hire orientation/training.
• Confirm attendance for orientation/training and provide candidates with all necessary pre-orientation instructions and documentation.
• Coordinate the logistics of orientation/training with the HR Director and operations team.
• Follow up with candidates who miss orientation/training to reschedule or remove them from the pipeline as necessary.
• Input all candidate information into Zoho on the same business day as the initial contact.
• Keep accurate and current candidate profiles, including contact information, screening notes, status, and disposition.
• Monitor candidate pipeline stages from initial contact through completion of orientation/training.
• Ensure data integrity across all Zoho records by avoiding incomplete or missing candidate entries.
• Provide a weekly pipeline report to the HR Director that details candidates sourced, screened, scheduled, and hired.
• Proactively communicate any pipeline gaps, sourcing challenges, or scheduling issues to the HR Director.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the Intake and Coordination teams to synchronize recruitment activities with operational staffing requirements.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition is required.
• Previous experience in high-volume recruiting is strongly preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA settings is a plus.
• Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), with Zoho experience preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while consistently meeting weekly targets.
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with minimal supervision required.
