• Deliver integrated behavioral health services within a collaborative team of primary and specialty care providers, focusing on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Manage a caseload of patients, conducting therapy sessions lasting 30 to 45 minutes for Galileo patients located in a state where you hold licensure, with designated time slots each week dedicated to supporting them.
• Engage with a diverse patient demographic, as we are committed to creating an inclusive culture that embraces all backgrounds.
• Address patient challenges promptly and effectively by utilizing resourcefulness, collaborating with team members to tap into their expertise, and maintaining a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience providing teletherapy (text, video, phone) and incorporating technology and data into care practices.
• Proficient in evidence-based methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT).
• Capable of implementing safety planning and interventions in scenarios where clients may present higher risks.
• Licensed and credentialed to assist patients with clinical issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.
• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or equivalent.
• An active license in California is mandatory. Additional licenses in Texas, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Maryland, and/or Oregon are advantageous.
• Fluency in Spanish, encompassing reading, writing, speaking, and an understanding of the cultural nuances for native Spanish speakers in a healthcare context, is a plus.
