This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and assist a dynamic clinical team comprised of psychologists and master's level professionals, guaranteeing the provision of high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Lead with empathy, openness, and accountability, cultivating a clinical environment that attracts and retains top talent while upholding performance standards.
• Advocate for clinical excellence and maintain the highest ethical and regulatory standards within the team.
• Thrive in a lean, fast-paced team, exhibiting adaptability to accommodate last-minute scheduling changes as required (e.g., provider coverage or group rescheduling), while contributing to the development of a more scalable, fully staffed model. This may involve:
• Conducting diagnostic evaluations
• Leading intake appointments for new patients
• Facilitating group therapy sessions for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD, co-occurring Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), anxiety, and more!
• Collaborate closely with our Operations team to synchronize clinician schedules with patient needs, manage time-off requests, and ensure optimal availability for care.
• Drive process optimization by assessing and refining workflows, outcomes, and patient experiences. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance care quality and surpass NPS benchmarks.
• Balance clinical insight with business acumen to influence decision-making that affects clinician experience, processes, and business results.
• Demonstrated success in addressing operational challenges within behavioral health or comparable clinical environments.
• Ability to balance empathy for staff with organizational structure, accountability, and clear boundaries.
• Comfortable with uncertainty; recognizes opportunities in rapidly changing settings.
• Natural leader who empowers teams and elevates performance standards.
• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s-level clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Active California license with over 7 years of post-licensure experience; open to or currently holding multi-state licenses.
• Experienced in pediatric behavioral health assessments and evidence-based treatment.
• At least 3 years of experience managing clinical teams, including scheduling, culture development, and quality assurance.
• Proficient in enhancing workflows, outcomes, and patient experiences.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adept with technology.
