This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Manage Clinical Operations: Ensure that quality standards are upheld across clinic locations, by monitoring team performance and patient outcomes.

• Supervise and Mentor Therapists: Foster productive, high-quality caseloads while supporting professional growth and offering continuous clinical guidance.

• Provide Training: Facilitate the onboarding of new therapists regarding clinical models, evidence-based practices, and documentation standards.

• Deliver High-Quality Therapy: Offer evidence-based psychotherapy services with 20 hours of direct clinical care each week. Conduct biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments and regularly meet with patients to provide counseling and customized treatment.

• Build Meaningful Therapeutic Relationships: Dedicate the necessary time to understand patients and their families, educate them on therapeutic approaches, and offer ongoing support. Establish a positive, trusting rapport that keeps patients engaged in their care journey.

• Drive Patient Progress: Track patient progress against care goals, modifying treatment plans as needed to ensure favorable outcomes. Address patient concerns through direct outreach and clinician coaching.

• Collaborate for Integrated Care: Work closely with other specialty providers (PMHNPs, OT, SLP) to create Integrated Treatment Plans that address the entire child. Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.

• Maintain Clinical Excellence: Keep detailed records of patient meetings and progress. Aim for the highest clinical and technical quality in all areas of your work.

• Build Strategic Relationships: Establish partnerships with pediatric practices for referral development and community involvement.

• Support Team Growth: Collaborate on recruitment and retention strategies to strengthen clinical teams and promote a positive work environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Active PA license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW or PsyD)

• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed therapist

• Bonus if you possess the ability to supervise pre-licensed therapists
