Behavior Technician – Evening ABA Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in the homes of clients.

• Adhere to personalized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.

• Accurately gather session data and record progress.

• Assist in the development of communication, social, and daily living skills.

• Establish positive and professional relationships with clients and their families.

• Engage in continuous training and supervision.

• Work collaboratively with clinical team members to provide high-quality care.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred (significant advantage).

• Must have reliable transportation to commute to client homes.

• Strong passion for working with children who have developmental needs.

• Must demonstrate a patient, professional, and reliable demeanor.

• Willingness to pursue RBT certification (support will be provided).
