Beauty Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Educate colleagues, retail partners, and customers on the usage, features, and advantages of products.

• Independently plan and conduct trainings, workshops, and events.

• Create sales techniques and develop training materials.

• Assist with product launches, promotions, events, and beauty trade shows.

• Provide on-site styling during photoshoots and content productions, preparing models and demonstrating product applications.

• Perform live hair styling on clients while explaining application steps in detail.

• Train retail sales personnel on advisory skills and effective product presentation.

• Maintain documentation of training activities and sales metrics.

• Gather market feedback and relay it to the product team.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Communications teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid driving license class B.

• Completed vocational training in hairdressing (mandatory).

• Demonstrated experience in retail (preferred).

• Strong public speaking capabilities and effective one-on-one communication skills.

• Ability to present information in a clear and engaging manner.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments, training sessions, and materials.

• Willingness to travel for training with retail partners and events.

• A passion for beauty, technology, and innovation.

• Familiarity with online tools for virtual training and presentations.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Focus on the needs of participants and their success.
