This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

• Accountable for the design, analysis, testing, installation, and support activities related to Epic information system solutions.

• Completes designated Epic certifications, training sessions, projects, and testing requirements.

• Collaborates closely with other EHR Certified Analysts.

• Offers technical expertise and business process insights to project teams.

• Aids departments in articulating requirements for new systems.

• Engages in the vendor selection process.

• Executes system build and development tasks in accordance with design specifications.

• Conducts unit testing of system components.

• Participates in the creation and validation of training materials.

• Provides technical support to end users of the system.

• Maintains comprehensive documentation for the system.

• Develops project plans for small to medium-sized implementations and upgrades.

• Coordinates activities related to vendor selection.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Information Technology application development, training, and implementation within a healthcare environment.

• Experience as a Laboratory Technician is preferred.

• Must possess Epic Beaker certifications and demonstrate proficiency in the assigned module.
