📋 Description

• Engaging in active property sourcing through various channels including phone, WhatsApp, visits, and more.

• Dedicated efforts in the Flamengo, Botafogo, and adjacent neighborhoods.

• Conducting initial property evaluations to ensure they align with the company’s profile and standards.

• Systematically organizing information with records kept in the CRM.

• Previous experience in customer service, prospecting, or sales is advantageous, particularly with direct interactions with clients or property owners.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
