BDR Enablement Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the learning journey after onboarding for our Commercial Sales and Business Development Representative Teams, managing change processes from start to finish.

• Create, implement, and refine learning initiatives that encompass technical training, leadership development, and programs for the first 90 days.

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts from PMM, Advisory, Services, and Sales Leadership to develop and sustain training materials and other educational experiences.

• Assess skills deficiencies by utilizing data, feedback, and performance insights to propose actionable development plans for teams and individuals.

• Manage your learning journey utilizing tools like LMS platforms and analytics dashboards.

• Conduct enablement sessions and workshops for employees and leaders across all levels.

• Evaluate program effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance results, continually refining for improvement.

• Design and implement competency frameworks, including certification tracks, to ensure employees are achieving and exceeding their objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience as a procurement practitioner or in enablement within a rapidly growing software environment.

• Demonstrated success in designing and scaling effective programs in high-growth companies.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration on complex projects with tight deadlines.

• Proficient in data analysis and integrating insights into learning strategies.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management abilities.

• A growth-oriented mindset, curiosity, and a strong desire to assist individuals in realizing their potential.
