This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in proactive outreach to acquire new B2B clients through outbound and cold calls;
• Re-establish connections with dormant customers in the company's database;
• Recognize business opportunities and arrange meetings for the field sales team;
• Conduct consultative communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email;
• Work towards established targets for opportunity creation and contact volume;
• Structure prospecting routines and independently manage activities in a remote working setting.
• At least 1 year of experience in active prospecting, outbound sales, or B2B pre-sales;
• Proven experience in cold calling, market development, and creating commercial opportunities;
• Highly organized with the capability to self-manage in a remote work environment;
• High school diploma required;
• Must be available to work 100% remotely from Brazil;
• Experience in retail, food service, supermarkets, manufacturing, or distribution is advantageous.
