This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Conduct active prospecting of leads through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp;
• Identify and qualify business opportunities for the sales team;
• Schedule strategic meetings for the closers;
• Ensure leads attend the scheduled meetings;
• Record and keep all interactions updated in the CRM;
• Execute follow-ups based on structured contact cadences;
• Assist potential clients with clear information and appropriate guidance throughout the sales journey.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in BDR pre-sales;
• Experience with outbound prospecting and using CRM tools;
• Proficiency with digital tools and mastery of the Office suite;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Knowledge of sales techniques such as SPIN Selling will be considered an advantage;
• Adequate setup for remote work (stable internet and quality equipment);
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
