This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engaging in active (outbound) prospecting to acquire new B2B customers through cold calls, cold emails, and social selling;
• Developing and qualifying lead lists in accordance with defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas;
• Coordinating qualified meetings with leads for our Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Executives;
• Utilizing prospecting automation tools such as Apollo, Meetime, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
• Crafting strategic, personalized cadence flows tailored to various lead profiles;
• Inputting and managing data within the CRM system (Zendesk Sell);
• Collaborating continuously with marketing and sales teams to enhance campaigns and demand-generation strategies;
• Tracking metrics including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and generating reports to refine results.
• Prior experience in active outbound prospecting and B2B lead generation;
• Experienced in building and segmenting contact databases;
• Proficient with automation and CRM tools (such as Apollo and Sales Navigator);
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of personalizing approaches in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner;
• Possess an analytical, organized, and strategic mindset;
• Interest in technology, digital transformation, and enhancing customer experience (CX);
• Demonstrates energy, proactivity, and a strong eagerness to continue learning;
