BD Manager, Persian-speaking Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the online acquisition and growth of KOLs, agencies (IBs), and key communities within the cryptocurrency sector in the targeted Persian market.

• Develop and sustain long-term, stable partnerships.

• Create a network of industry contacts, expedite the implementation of business cooperation plans, and effectively boost the number of new active users and the trading volume of perpetual contracts in the Persian-speaking area.

• Negotiate and communicate cooperation terms.

• Consistently monitor and assess the performance data of partnered channels (including registrations, deposits, and contract trading volumes).

• Assess the ROI of collaborations and refine subsequent channel expansion strategies based on findings.

• Maintain close collaboration with internal marketing, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of business projects and the optimal allocation of resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fully fluent in Persian (Farsi), with a comprehensive understanding of the local market culture and user behaviors; must possess strong written and spoken skills in English or Mandarin.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development (BD) or B2B sales within the cryptocurrency, financial derivatives, or related industries.

• Must be able to present past successful case studies or relevant data during the interview process.

• Strong familiarity with the business logic of cryptocurrency perpetual contract trading.

• Exceptional business negotiation skills, excellent communication capabilities, and a strong goal-oriented mindset.

• Ability to independently manage complex partnership projects from start to finish.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced, cross-timezone, and remote working environment; highly responsible and self-motivated; primarily conduct business online but willing to travel occasionally based on actual requirements.
