This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers, distributors, and prospective partners.
• Identify, recruit, and oversee new distributor partnerships.
• Enhance sales through both current partners and new business ventures.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue objectives.
• Manage and expand direct customer accounts.
• Foster relationships at all organizational levels, from senior executives to lab personnel.
• Define clear objectives and performance metrics for distributor partners.
• Address and resolve conflicts between sales channels effectively.
• Advocate for new products and updates to the PORTAL reporting system.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to facilitate product launches.
• Partner with internal teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Provide consistent updates and reports.
• Formulate commercial agreements in accordance with company policies.
• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to new product innovation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or commercial position within the science sector.
• University degree in analytical science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficient in English, including speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Native proficiency in Korean or Japanese, with a preference for familiarity with the other language.
• Understanding of the laboratory market within the designated territory.
