This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide and assist master's-level students aiming for BCBA certification.
• Deliver organized weekly supervision for up to 12 master's students, dedicating approximately 1 hour per student each week.
• Observe trainees during direct clinical services, client interactions, RBT engagements, and clinical team meetings.
• Offer immediate coaching, constructive feedback, and clinical mentorship.
• Help trainees in implementing evidence-based ABA methods while enhancing their clinical judgment, decision-making, leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Keep precise and prompt supervision records and track trainee progress.
• Collaborate with RBTs, BTs, clinical teams, and other Beyou professionals.
• Ensure that supervision practices comply with relevant BCBA certification and supervision standards.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Contribute to Beyou’s objective of increasing access to high-quality, caregiver-led Applied Behavior Analysis services.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of evidence-based ABA practices.
• Experience in providing clinical supervision or mentorship.
• Strong skills in clinical observation and feedback.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
• Capability to support multiple trainees while ensuring supervision quality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams.
• Availability from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST.
• Experience supervising BCBA trainees or master's students is a plus.
• Experience with fieldwork supervision is a plus.
• Experience in providing caregiver training or parent coaching is a plus.
• Experience supervising RBTs or BTs is a plus.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary clinical teams is a plus.
• Telehealth or technology-enabled clinical experience is a plus.
• Interest in clinical education, mentorship, and professional growth is a plus.
