This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Create behavior analytic programs grounded in formal assessments and observations for designated clients.
β’ Regularly assess and adjust programming according to client performance.
β’ Identify the need for formal assessments for assigned clients during intake and reauthorization processes.
β’ Perform assessments based on the specific needs and deficits of clients (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2, etc.).
β’ Provide clinical recommendations derived from assessment outcomes that correlate directly with the symptomology of ASD as outlined in the DSM-V.
β’ Collaborate consistently with Constellation BCBA colleagues to uphold departmental excellence.
β’ Maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients.
β’ Identify necessary equipment and materials for program execution.
β’ Ensure the availability of required equipment and materials.
β’ Deliver direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients as needed.
β’ Supervise behavior technicians assigned to clients on at least a weekly basis.
β’ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
β’ BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
β’ Required state licensure from the BACB.
β’ Completion of 8-hour supervision training.
