BCBA Supervisor – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Create behavior analytic programs grounded in formal assessments and observations for designated clients.

• Regularly assess and adjust programming according to client performance.

• Identify the need for formal assessments for assigned clients during intake and reauthorization processes.

• Perform assessments based on the specific needs and deficits of clients (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2, etc.).

• Provide clinical recommendations derived from assessment outcomes that correlate directly with the symptomology of ASD as outlined in the DSM-V.

• Collaborate consistently with Constellation BCBA colleagues to uphold departmental excellence.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients.

• Identify necessary equipment and materials for program execution.

• Ensure the availability of required equipment and materials.

• Deliver direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients as needed.

• Supervise behavior technicians assigned to clients on at least a weekly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.

• BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Required state licensure from the BACB.

• Completion of 8-hour supervision training.

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
