BCBA Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Clinical Supervisor for BCBA trainees through virtual oversight.

• Guide, support, and evaluate BCBA trainees during their fieldwork experiences.

• Provide 5% supervision of each trainee’s monthly fieldwork hours.

• Observe a recorded or live session for a minimum of 1 hour each month and deliver clear, prompt feedback.

• Maintain a minimum of 4 interactions with each trainee monthly.

• Assist the Program Manager for the ABA Special Education graduate program.

• Act as the primary resource for 5–10 BCBA trainees.

• Organize individual and group supervision meetings throughout the semester.

• Ensure timely signing of fieldwork verification forms.

• Regularly meet with the Program Manager to discuss trainee progress.

• Maintain proactive communication with fieldwork placements.

• Complete necessary report documentation.

• Conduct debriefings and conferences with trainees.

• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree.

• BCBA certification.

• Completion of an 8-hour supervision training course.

• Flexible schedule to accommodate trainee availability.

• A minimum of 2 years of applied behavior analysis experience in the field.

• Proficient understanding of the BCBA Ethics code and BACB certification standards.

• Previous experience in BCBA supervision.

• Familiarity with the Test Content Outline (6th ed.).

• Capability to provide 5% supervision of each trainee’s monthly fieldwork hours.

• Ability to observe at least 1 hour of recorded or live sessions monthly.

• Capacity to maintain at least 4 contacts with each trainee monthly.

• Successful completion of a background check for finalists.
