This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Design behavior analytic programs informed by formal assessments and observations for designated clients.
• Regularly assess and adjust programs based on client performance outcomes.
• Determine the formal assessment requirements for designated clients during intake and reauthorization processes.
• Execute assessments tailored to client needs and challenges (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2, etc.).
• Provide clinical recommendations derived from assessment findings that specifically target the symptomology of ASD as outlined by the DSM-V.
• Collaborate frequently with Constellation BCBA colleagues to uphold departmental excellence.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, reports, and data collection for assigned clients.
• Identify necessary equipment and materials for the implementation of programs.
• Ensure the availability of required equipment and materials.
• Create programming materials as needed.
• Regularly update and refresh equipment and materials in response to client needs and progress.
• Seek clinical guidance or assistance when necessary.
• Complete reports promptly and thoroughly in accordance with Constellation Kids policies.
• Deliver direct, one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients as needed.
• Supervise behavior technicians assigned to clients at least weekly.
• Adjust the level of supervision based on the needs of technicians and clients while adhering to payer-approved limits.
• Consult with schools and other organizations as required.
• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation.
• Submit documentation for departmental leadership review promptly as required.
• Conduct staff training as assigned.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• State Licensure as required by BACB.
• Completion of 8-hour supervision training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
