This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Create behavior analytic programs tailored to assigned clients based on formal assessments and observations.
β’ Regularly monitor and adjust programming according to client performance.
β’ Identify the need for formal assessments for clients during intake and reauthorization processes.
β’ Conduct assessments that address client needs and deficits (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2, etc.).
β’ Provide clinical recommendations based on assessment outcomes that directly target the symptomology of ASD as per the DSM-V.
β’ Collaborate frequently with Constellation BCBA colleagues to uphold departmental excellence.
β’ Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and data collection for clients assigned.
β’ Assess and determine the necessary equipment and materials for program implementation.
β’ Ensure the availability of required equipment and materials.
β’ Develop programming materials when required.
β’ Regularly update and refresh equipment and materials according to client needs and progress.
β’ Seek clinical guidance or assistance when necessary.
β’ Complete reports promptly and thoroughly in accordance with Constellation Kids policies.
β’ Provide direct one-on-one behavior analytic services to clients as needed.
β’ Supervise behavior technicians assigned to clients at least weekly.
β’ Adjust the level of supervision based on the requirements of technicians and clients without exceeding payer-approved amounts.
β’ Consult with schools and other organizations as assigned.
β’ Timely completion of required documentation.
β’ Submit documentation for departmental leadership review promptly as necessary.
β’ Conduct staff training as assigned.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Masterβs degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
β’ BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
β’ State Licensure as required by the BACB.
β’ Completion of 8-hour supervision training.
