BCBA Program Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage remote in-home behavioral programs for children.

• Supervise and oversee cases involving children aged from 12 months to 12 years.

• Ensure that children receive top-notch care.

• Participate in monthly team meetings collaboratively.

• Conduct or assist with sporadic in-person Safety-Care and onboarding training sessions.

• Collaborate with the dedicated scheduling team.

• Work within programs that typically operate from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Saturday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification for a minimum of three years.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Experience in case management with children aged 12 months to 12 years.

• A Master's degree is required; a transcript must be provided.

• BCBA Certification transcript must also be submitted.

• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting for DOJ and FBI clearance.

• A current TB test is required.

• Up-to-date BLS training is necessary.

• Compliance with HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination regulations is essential.
