This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage a team of BCBA clinicians and behavior technicians in a remote setting.
• Maintain a direct billable caseload, dedicating 70% of your time to client services.
• Ensure the quality of programs delivered through virtual services.
• Handle virtual crisis situations and escalations effectively.
• Guarantee telehealth compliance throughout the entire process.
• Create and implement virtual training programs to enhance staff competencies.
• Produce program data and generate reports.
• Maintain core presence hours (2:00 PM – 7:00 PM PST) while keeping your camera on.
• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• A Master's degree is mandatory.
• Must have over 3 years of experience post-certification.
• Current state licensure is necessary.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a professional remote workspace are essential.
• Over 5 years of clinical experience post-BCBA certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in telehealth ABA service delivery is advantageous.
• Multi-state licensure (CA + GA or additional states) is a bonus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
