BCBA, Multi-State LBA Support – Flexibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client development and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to enhance treatment objectives

• Keep precise records and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Prior experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
