BCBA – Multi-State LBA Support, Flexibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create tailored ABA treatment strategies

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives

• Maintain precise documentation and ensure services meet ethical and clinical guidelines

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
