BCBA, Multi-State LBA Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment strategies.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client development and modify treatment plans when necessary.

• Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep precise records and ensure that services adhere to ethical and clinical guidelines.

• Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Preferred experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
