BCBA – Learn, Grow, Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans

• Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary

• Work in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives

• Keep precise documentation and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline

• Experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
