This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical oversight and mentorship to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client advancement and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in partnership with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and ensure services meet ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in various states.
β’ Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Prior experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Completely remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No restrictions on minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
