This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians who are executing programs.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in collaboration with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep precise documentation and make sure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold an active BCBA certification in good standing.

• Possess a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
