This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
β’ Perform behavioral assessments and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians who are executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work in collaboration with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise documentation and make sure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Hold an active BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Possess a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Prior experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Exhibit strong communication and organizational skills.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No specified minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
