This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create and manage personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Oversee RBTs, providing continuous training and support.

• Perform assessments and modify treatment objectives as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote client success.

• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.

• New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA.

• Medicaid ID from New York State is necessary.

• Preference will be given to Bilingual BCBAs fluent in English and Spanish.
