This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver consistent and high-quality assistance to children with autism and their families.

• Oversee caseloads consisting of 8 to 10 families.

• Work between 15 and 25 hours weekly, with billable hours reflecting actual work and family progress.

• Collaborate with parents, treating these relationships as essential to clinical practice.

• Participate in weekly teamwork and clinical mentorship sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.

• New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Medicaid ID from New York State is necessary.

• Preference will be given to Bilingual BCBAs fluent in English and Spanish.

• Ability to develop and oversee customized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while providing ongoing training and support.

• Conduct assessments and modify treatment goals as required.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of clients.

• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
