This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ Deliver consistent and high-quality assistance to children with autism and their families.
β’ Oversee caseloads consisting of 8 to 10 families.
β’ Work between 15 and 25 hours weekly, with billable hours reflecting actual work and family progress.
β’ Collaborate with parents, treating these relationships as essential to clinical practice.
β’ Participate in weekly teamwork and clinical mentorship sessions.
β’ Masterβs Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.
β’ Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.
β’ New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst is required.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
β’ Medicaid ID from New York State is necessary.
β’ Preference will be given to Bilingual BCBAs fluent in English and Spanish.
β’ Ability to develop and oversee customized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while providing ongoing training and support.
β’ Conduct assessments and modify treatment goals as required.
β’ Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the success of clients.
β’ Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
β’ Flexible scheduling and case assignment options.

β’ Base salary of $60k for 15 hours per week in billable hours, with rates of $80-$90/hour for billable hours exceeding 15 per week.
