This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage a caseload of 8-10 families, focusing on the unique needs of each child
• Engage in weekly collaboration and receive clinical guidance
• Assist in directing RBT placements
• Modify programming as the child develops
• Provide support to parents facing challenges
• Mentor RBTs who work directly with children on a daily basis
• Continue to refine strategies by actively listening to the team
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory
• New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst is required
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in ABA is necessary
• Medicaid ID from New York State is required
• Preference will be given to Bilingual BCBAs fluent in English and Spanish
• Ability to develop and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs while providing continuous training and support
• Conduct assessments and modify treatment goals as necessary
• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote client success
• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards

• Competitive W2 or 1099 Compensation
• $60,000 base salary for 15 billable hours per week, with rates of $80-$90/hour for any hours exceeding 15 billable hours per week
