This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Design and implement personalized ABA treatment strategies.

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) while providing continuous training and support.

• Perform assessments and modify treatment objectives as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote client achievements.

• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.

• New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.

• Must possess a Medicaid ID from New York State.

• Bilingual BCBAs in English and Spanish are preferred.
