This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.
β’ Offer clinical supervision and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
β’ Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
β’ Work collaboratively with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
β’ Keep precise records and ensure that services comply with ethical and clinical standards.
β’ Deliver remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across various states.
β’ Active BCBA certification in good standing.
β’ Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
β’ Experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ Fully remote role with flexible scheduling options.
β’ No minimum or maximum caseload stipulations.
β’ Absence of non-compete agreements.
