This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct assessments of behavior and create tailored ABA treatment plans.
• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.
• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.
• Ensure precise documentation and confirm that services adhere to ethical and clinical standards.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements.
• No non-compete agreements.
