BCBA – Grow While We Pay Your LBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Offer clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in tandem with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment objectives.

• Keep precise records and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
