BCBA, FREE LBA Support, Flexibility

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform behavioral evaluations and create personalized ABA treatment plans.

• Deliver clinical oversight and direction to behavior technicians executing programs.

• Track client advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Work in partnership with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to reinforce treatment objectives.

• Keep precise records and ensure services comply with ethical and clinical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a similar discipline.

• Preference for experience in providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
